The
warm nights are hear again, at last!!! BBQ'S NIGHTS there
was a good turn out, for the first summer’s Friday night
this year!!
Started
off with a ‘Northern style Motown set’ to set
the floor for our guest DJ‘Woza’.
Woza,
local boy, regular attendee to the club, like’s ‘old
skool northern’ (& do I know about it he's always
asking for this & that!!).
Woza,
played on ‘vynal’ & played good old classic
dance tunes, played a good set, and he held the floor, (my
feet, just had to slide across the talc covered floor!!).
The
rest of the night, was dedicated to requests (as is every
month) & playing across the board good northern &
motown, you just have to come & give us a try next time
and see exactly what we play here
Our
event would have not ran smoothly without the bar staff keeping
the beer flowing and filling those glasses and also the club
for allowing the Saints soul club to have our soul nights
here. So from all at the The Saints soul club a big thankyou
to the club management and the staff. Not to mention staying
open until 1pm alllowing us just to lap up more soul.
Next
month we are having a 2 room event so keep your eyes open
for the flyer on the ISANET events page everybody is very
welcome to attend and we are sure you will enjoy the lashings
of soul being played on the night. so keep your diary free
